My business experience spans 30 years and multiple professions. I work with Entrepreneurs and Family businesses in Business and Product Launches, business planning and finance, strategic planning, conflict resolution, succession planning, encompassing all of the elements for a sustainable business.

I am also co-founder of The FoodPreneur™ LLC, an organization providing entrepreneurial Mentoring as well as Professional Educational Forums tailored to the specialty food industry.

I am an Adjunct Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department at Fairliegh Dickinson University. My courses are Management of Small Business, where I have added a strong marketing and social media component addressing conditions that today’s entrepreneurs are grappling with. My 25 years working in my family business helps me bring a real world perspective to the undergraduate and graduate levels of Family Business Management.

As an Adjunct Faculty member at Kean University, Department of Marketing I have participated in the course development of Retail Buying and Merchandising and Retail Marketing Strategy. I have been a Mentor in Residence at The Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies and currently am a small business counselor at the Small Business Development Center at Raritan Valley Community College.

My MBA is from St. Joseph's University PA and my BS in Management is from Montclair State University. I am currently working toward a Post Masters Certificate in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University.

I held key executive positions in my family business, Celentano Bros., Inc, for 30 years creating the 2nd largest national brand in the Italian prepared foods category. The company is best known for the Celentano brand of Italian Frozen Pastas and Prepared Meals (its flagship product, the round Ravioli).

As Vice President and then President, I developed and managed a National Sales Force • Developed a national network of over 30 brokers • Developed and introduced over 40 items and line extensions • Developed and implemented a unique clean room production process • Managed Public Relations culminating in six national television features and over 100 print articles.
